Refer friends or family and receive a $1,000 treat

17 September 2026

Dudley says… treats for your referrals!

Dudley loves a good treat — and we think a great referral deserves one too. 🐾

If you know a friend, family member, neighbour or colleague who’s starting to think about selling their property, send them my way. They don’t need to be ready to put their property on the market tomorrow — I’m always happy to have an initial chat, answer a few questions and help them understand their options.

If your referral goes on to list their property with me, you’ll receive a $1,000 Visa Prezzy Card. It’s simply my way of saying thanks for putting your trust in me and recommending me to someone you know.

How it works

1. Send someone my way
Introduce me to someone who is considering selling their home or property in Hamilton, Cambridge, Ngāruawāhia, Raglan, Pirongia, Te Awamutu, Gordonton or the surrounding areas. You can introduce us directly, or simply get in touch and let me know who you have in mind.

2. I’ll take it from there
I’ll have a friendly, no-pressure conversation with them about their plans, answer any questions they have and, when the time is right, arrange an appraisal so they have a clear idea of where their property sits in the market.

3. They list with me, you get the treat
If they choose to list their property with me, you’ll receive a $1,000 Visa Prezzy Card as my thank you.

Got someone in mind?

Every referral is a little different, so if you know someone who might be thinking about selling, call me on 027 9077 555 or email lee.watkins@harcourts.co.nz. I can talk you through how the referral offer works, explain any conditions and answer any questions you have.
