Halloween has arrived, and the Property Pups are looking a little different this year… 🎃🐾
Winnie has transformed into a rather suspicious-looking spider, while Dudley has gone full zombie. And now they need your help to add some colour to their Halloween costumes!
Our Spooktacular Halloween Colouring Competition is open to big kids and little kids alike, so grab the pencils, crayons or felt tips and get creative.
What can you win?
One lucky entry will win a $50 Prezzy Card, and we’ll also have some spot prizes up for grabs.
How to enter
Download and print the Property Pups Halloween colouring page, work your magic, then send your finished creation to me.
You can either:
- Scan or take a photo and email it to lee.watkins@harcourts.co.nz
- Drop your completed entry into the Harcourts Chartwell office

Competition terms
- One entry per person.
- Entrants must live in Hamilton or the surrounding area.
- Entries must be received by Tuesday, 27 October 2026
- Winners will be drawn by the end of October 2026.
- The main prize is a $50 Prezzy Card, with additional spot prizes also available.
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided with their entry.
